Adventure time.. teens completing their awards DukeofEd WA The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award - Australia plus teens who are just coming out for a hike for the fun of it. 5 days Cape to Cape Track .. this is day 1 a short hike.. getting familiar with gear and getting to know each other as from lots of different schools. The Cape to Cape Wildflower Season happens from August to October in the South West of Western Australia.
During this time, many beautiful wildflowers bloom along the Cape to Cape Track, which runs from Cape Naturaliste to Cape Leeuwin.
It’s a great time to visit if you love nature, hiking, and photography.

Our luggage transfer is $580. All you need to walk with is a day pack will transfer the rest.

The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award - AustraliaDuke of Ed WA days 3 to 7 the teens have a blast..mostly strangers at the beginning of the trek from different schools, they support and encourage each other to finish today on the Mt Clare side of Walpole. Congratulations to 11 teens and thanks so much to Dante Caputo for taking time off from his job, preparing a trek booklet and encouraging the teens to complete it each night (his initiative that we will take on board 😊) and to Kimberley constantly setting boundaries and keeping the teens safe whilst they have fun enjoying their wilderness adventure.
Duke of Ed WA The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award - Australia Gold and Silver award teens depart from Peaceful Bay to Rame Head hut and campsite. As it’s a relatively short hiking day (13km) they have fun with a “build a fort” competition then debate to be able to declare a winner.. not sure which group won but they were inventive and debated very well.
The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award - Australia Duke of Ed WA Gold award teens continue from Parry Beach to Boat Harbour .. swim at boat harbours beautiful safe beach and then up to the hut for the night. Next morning it’s over the dunes to the beach then through the Showgrounds which unfortunately had been burnt to the fun paddle across Irwin Inlet to arrive at the green grass campsite at Peaceful Bay Caravan Park. #challenge #natureinspired #teenage #hikingadventures #trekking #Hiking #dukeofedinburghaward #camping #teenchallenge
