Mum / Dad Overnight Hike With The Kids

From: $125.00

$125 one adult, one child. 1-2 Oct, 8-9 Oct 2022

Kids grow up so fast, make Mum’s and Dad’s weekends special and a time to make memories with your kids.  It can be just Mum and the kids or just Dad and the kids.  We are here to support you.  All you need are clothes, boots/shoes, and enthusiasm.  So come join us around the campfire with creativity, sparkers, marshmallows, chocolate, and laughter. By going on a guided multi day trek with Simply Trekking, we do all the planning for you, we  provide your backpacks and camping gear, other trek gear is available for hire, ensuring you have a successful, safe and fun nature experience.
Kids hike gear: as it is difficult to find hike gear small enough for a 5 year old child, we include in our cost children’s down sleeping quilt, balaclava, silk sleeping sheet and a thermal mattress.  All are small, light and fit in the little child backpacks so the kids can feel proud that they are able to carry their own overnight needs.
Trek food: we give you a checklist of ideas easily sourced from our local supermarkets.
Small group, min 2 families.
